CBM wanted to create a symbolic giving catalog that was as flexible and responsive as their organization. Give Joy CBM’s symbolic giving catalog is the cornerstone of CBM Canada’s seasonal giving campaign. Supported with direct mail, GiveJoy.ca allows donors to send eCards to their friends and family members to tell them about donations made in their honour extending the reach of the campaign. For 2011, CBM added the ability for donors to print PDF cards for each catalog item and display progress towards fundraising goals. In 2015 the site was re-launched with a mobile responsive interface to make donations simple from any device. CommerceCM provides CBM with a better understanding of what online strategies were working thanks to integration with Google Analytics and CommerceCM’s unique Referrer Tracking.
